Delivery SERVICE

Delivery is free to all Hong Kong addresses. Delivery is usually between 9:30am and 5:30pm, and we aren't able to offer specific delivery timeslots.

We deliver flowers right across Hong Kong, so wherever your recipient is, we've likely got you covered. On Hong Kong Island, we cover Central, Admiralty, Sheung Wan, Sai Ying Pun, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, North Point, Quarry Bay, Tai Koo, Sai Wan Ho, Shau Kei Wan, Chai Wan, and the South Side including Aberdeen, Wong Chuk Hang, Stanley, and Repulse Bay. Across the harbour in Kowloon, our delivery network reaches Tsim Sha Tsui, Jordan, Yau Ma Tei, Mong Kok, Prince Edward, Sham Shui Po, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon Tong, Ho Man Tin, Hung Hom, To Kwa Wan, Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong, and Lam Tin. We also deliver throughout the New Territories, covering areas such as Sha Tin, Tai Wai, Fo Tan, Tai Po, Fanling, Sheung Shui, Tseung Kwan O, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, and Tsuen Wan through to Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi. If your delivery falls outside these areas, just get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

For deliveries to outlying islands such as Lantau, Lamma, Cheung Chau, or Peng Chau, please email us directly so we can confirm timing and arrange the best route to get your flowers there fresh and on time.

We are committed to delivering your order on time, but external challenges such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or increased seasonal demand may cause unavoidable delays and specific delivery times may not be guaranteed . Thank you for your kind understanding.

Returns

As all our flowers are fresh and perishable, we aren’t able to offer returns once bouquets are delivered. But please get in touch with us about any issues, and we will do our best to help.
